Nel campo del Project/Program Management, ha sviluppato nel corso degli anni una considerevole esperienza nella gestione di commesse complesse in contesti multinazionali.
Diversi sono i progetti di miglioramento Six Sigma e Lean Manufacturing portaati a termine in ambito industriale.
HBtech SRLs ha realizzato numerosi interventi di efficientamento energetico di edifici raggiungendo il requisito NZEB e accesso al beneficio Superbonus 110%. Diverse sono le installazioni di impianti di energie rinnovabili effettuate.
